Your set-up time is the starting time you have booked in your rental agreement. You must provide an agreed upon Damage Deposit depending on the type of event you’re planning to hold. A paid Damage Deposit by check or interact only will be accepted, and paid in full with no less then seven days prior to the events commencement date of your event. A credit card number will be kept on file for times when you choose to leave your trash for us to dispose of, extra cleaning above the norm, any missing or damaged items to our space or other spaces within our building’s property). We will go over it with you, and settle any balance. Once studio management has completed cleaning of space (within 30days of event) and found no damages, or extra charges, deposit will be refunded, otherwise DC Dance Club Inc. reserves the right to charge credit card on file if damages are noticed and excess clean up is required.
