DC Dance Club would love to have the opportunity to host your next party or event. Our elegant ballroom is 3000 square feet and our warm and inviting reception is approximately 650 square feet.
Our dance floor is fully sprung, and the entire ballroom is air conditioned and elegantly decorated.

Due to high demand we ask for 1/2 of the cost of the event as a non-refundable down payment. We have a first pay first rent policy: until we receive down-payment, the space remains available. Even if you are penciled in, until deposit is made, if another interested party makes their deposit first, they get the space. For dates on or in relation to holidays, payment in full is required to hold a date. We fill up fast so book your tour ASAP.
Due to or regularly scheduled dance classes the remaining amount must be paid no later than one 60 days before start of the event, at which point the full cost of the event becomes non-refundable.
Your set-up time is the starting time you have booked in your rental agreement. You must provide an agreed upon damage deposit depending on the type of event you’re planning to hold. A paid Damage Deposit by check only or interact will be accepted, and paid in full with no less then seven days prior to the events commencement date of your event, A Credit card number will be kept on file if you choose to leave your trash for us to dispose of, extra cleaning above the norm, any missing or damaged items to our space or other spaces within our building’s property), go over it with you, and settle any balance. Once studio management has completed cleaning of space (within 30days of event) and found no damages, or extra charges, deposit will be refunded, otherwise DC Dance Club Inc. reserves the right to charge credit card on file if damages are noticed and excess clean up is be required.
